Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Udon Noodles
  • 1 lb Shrimp, deveined
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 4 Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Udon: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat the cooking oil in a wok over medium-high, then add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Shrimp: Toss shrimp into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Add Vegetables: Stir-fry the chopped bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli for 2-4 minutes.
  5. Combine with Udon: Gently add the cooked udon noodles and soy sauce, tossing to coat and heat through.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.
