Description

A vibrant slaw featuring shredded cabbage, carrots, pickles, and red onions cloaked in a creamy, tangy dressing, delivering a delightful crunch and a sweet heat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced pickles, and diced red onion. Mix gently to ensure the veggies blend well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until smooth and fully combined.
