- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Combine herb stuffing mix with chicken broth and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- Butterfly each chicken breast to create a pocket.
- Season the inside and outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the soaked stuffing mixture.
- Secure the stuffed breasts with toothpicks or kitchen twine.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
