Description

A refreshing cocktail that combines ripe strawberries, fresh mint, and zesty lime for a delightful summer drink.


Ingredients

  • 56 Fresh Strawberries, hulled
  • Fresh Mint Leaves, handful
  • 12 teaspoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 ounces White Rum
  • Soda Water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Muddle the Fresh Strawberries and Mint: In a sturdy glass, combine strawberries, mint leaves, and sugar. Use a muddler to gently press and twist.
  2. Add Fresh Lime Juice and Rum: Pour in lime juice and rum. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Fill the Glass with Ice: Pack the mixture with ice cubes.
  4. Top with Soda Water: Pour soda water over the ice until the glass is nearly full.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Finish with mint sprigs and strawberry slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

For make-ahead, prepare the muddled mixture without soda and store in the refrigerator. Add fresh ice and soda just before serving.
