- 4 cups strawberries (quartered)
- 1/3 cup sugar (to taste, optional)
- 1 1/2 cups freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 2 cups tequila (Blanco or añejo)
- 1/2 cup triple sec (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
- 1/2 cup agave syrup (or honey; maple syrup)
- Margarita salt (for rimming the glasses)
- 1 cup strawberries (quartered, for garnish)
- 3 limes (quartered, for garnish)
- 4 cups ice
Instructions
- Make the Strawberry Syrup: In your blender, combine 4 cups of quartered strawberries with sugar (if desired). Blend until smooth.
- Juice the Limes: Use your juicer to extract 1 1/2 cups of juice.
- Blend the Magic: In the blender, combine the strawberry syrup, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and agave syrup with ice. Blend until smooth.
- Prep Your Glasses: Rim your glasses with a lime wedge and dip in margarita salt.
- Pour and Garnish: Pour the mixture into prepared glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries and lime wedges.
Notes
