An effortless no-bake dessert with layers of graham crackers, vanilla cream, and fresh strawberries, capturing the essence of summer.

- 1 box of graham crackers
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups vanilla pudding (prepared)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Pour the heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the prepared vanilla pudding until well combined.
- Layer the bottom of your 9×13 inch baking dish with graham crackers.
- Spread half of the creamy vanilla mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries atop the cream.
- Place another layer of graham crackers over the strawberries, and repeat with the remaining cream mixture and strawberries.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Slice the cake into squares and enjoy chilled.
Notes
For more strawberry flavor, macerate the strawberries with a bit of sugar before layering. Prepare the cake a day in advance for optimal flavor.
