Description

An effortless no-bake dessert with layers of graham crackers, vanilla cream, and fresh strawberries, capturing the essence of summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding (prepared)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Pour the heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the prepared vanilla pudding until well combined.
  3. Layer the bottom of your 9×13 inch baking dish with graham crackers.
  4. Spread half of the creamy vanilla mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries atop the cream.
  6. Place another layer of graham crackers over the strawberries, and repeat with the remaining cream mixture and strawberries.
  7. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  8. Slice the cake into squares and enjoy chilled.

Notes

For more strawberry flavor, macerate the strawberries with a bit of sugar before layering. Prepare the cake a day in advance for optimal flavor.
