  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  2. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and honey or maple syrup in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  4. Fold in oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt, stirring until just combined.
  5. Carefully fold in raisins, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
  6. Spread the batter into your prepared pan, pressing it down slightly to create an even layer.
