Description

Tender and succulent smoked pork chops infused with sweet and smoky flavors, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops (1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Combine brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture generously over the pork chops.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chops.
  5. Place the chops in the smoker and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a unique twist, swap out brown sugar for honey or maple syrup.
