- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Combine brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over the pork chops.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chops.
- Place the chops in the smoker and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a unique twist, swap out brown sugar for honey or maple syrup.
