Description

A refreshing raspberry lemonade that balances sweet and tart flavors, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices & fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the fresh raspberries until smooth.
  2. Strain the raspberry purée through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  3. Mix the fresh raspberry juice, lemon juice, and sugar in a pitcher until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Pour in the water and stir gently to combine.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries.

Notes
