- 1 box chocolate brownie mix
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Mix the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the fresh raspberries and raspberry jam, folding gently with a spatula.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, smoothing it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
Notes
These brownies can be made ahead and stored or frozen for later enjoyment. Use an air fryer for a different texture.
