Description

Deliciously rich brownies accented with tart raspberries for a perfect balance of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the fresh raspberries and raspberry jam, folding gently with a spatula.
  4. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, smoothing it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.

Notes

These brownies can be made ahead and stored or frozen for later enjoyment. Use an air fryer for a different texture.
