- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Pour in the melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumb mixture firmly into the greased pan for the crust.
- Spread the peach mixture evenly over the crust.
- Crumble the remaining crumb mixture over the peaches.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Cool completely before slicing.
