Description

A hearty breakfast casserole that combines flaky croissants, creamy scrambled eggs, and savory sausage, perfect for leisurely mornings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Flaky Croissants, torn into pieces
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Gravy
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Tear croissants into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked.
  4. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until frothy.
  5. Combine all ingredients and pour egg mixture over croissants and sausage.
  6. Add shredded cheese on top.
  7. Refrigerate overnight covered with plastic wrap or foil.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with gravy.
