Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Tear croissants into bite-sized pieces.
- Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked.
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until frothy.
- Combine all ingredients and pour egg mixture over croissants and sausage.
- Add shredded cheese on top.
