- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 4 sheets phyllo dough or spring roll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili honey
- Fresh herbs (parsley or dill), to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the feta cheese into small rectangles or squares, about 2 inches by 1 inch.
- Lay a sheet of phyllo dough or a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and stack two sheets if using phyllo.
- Place a piece of feta in the center of the dough and fold over carefully.
- Seal the edges to hold in all the cheese.
- Brush the outside of the roll with olive oil and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Drizzle the warm rolls with chili honey before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Store in the fridge for up to 4 hours before baking. Can be frozen uncooked for up to a month.
