- 1 cup mint chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl, then cool slightly.
- Add the granulated sugar to the melted butter and stir until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Mint Aero bars and mint chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick test shows a few moist crumbs.
- Cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
