- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Place your non-stick skillet over medium heat and let it warm up.
- Cook the meat: Add your cooked ground beef or chorizo, season, and brown until heated through.
- Add the veggies: Sauté diced onions and jalapeños until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Melt the cheese: Sprinkle over the meat mixture and let it melt.
- Prepare the bread: Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice and mustard on the opposite side.
