Description

Delicious marinated steak tacos with vibrant toppings, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas
  • Toppings: Fresh diced onions, chopped cilantro, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Immerse the flank steak in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the steak for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
