Description

A creamy and cheesy dip loaded with sausage and tomatoes, perfect for parties or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (spicy or mild)
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 can beans (black or pinto)
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Add the can of Rotel and beans, stirring to combine.
  3. Melt the cubed Velveeta cheese into the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously.
  4. Incorporate the shredded cheese if using, and stir until melted.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
