- 2 teaspoons salt

- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry using paper towels.
- Rub with olive oil generously.
- Create the spice rub by mixing salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried thyme.
- Season the chicken with the spice mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Add chicken broth into the Instant Pot.
- Place the chicken on the trivet in the pot, breast side up.
- Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 28 minutes.
- Release pressure after 10 minutes of natural release.
- Let the chicken rest before carving.
