Description

A refreshing blend of rich matcha and creamy strawberry foam, perfect for warm afternoons.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or whipped cream alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Whisk the matcha in a bowl with a splash of hot water until smooth.
