Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream

  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the dip is bubbling and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetables.

Notes

Feel free to substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter version of sour cream or add a dash of lemon juice for a refreshing note. Make-ahead tips: Assemble the dip a day ahead and store it in the fridge.
