Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat until it’s hot and ready.
- Season the ground beef gently with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Form the beef into patties slightly larger than your buns.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Add a cheese slice in the last minute of cooking if desired.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble your burger with the bun, patty, barbecue sauce, and desired toppings.
