Description

Delight in the juicy flavors of a homemade hamburger, grilled to perfection and customizable with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 mix for juiciness)
  • 4 Hamburger Buns (brioche or whole wheat)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • Cheese Slices (optional)
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Tomatoes (optional)
  • Onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat until it’s hot and ready.
  2. Season the ground beef gently with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form the beef into patties slightly larger than your buns.
  4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Add a cheese slice in the last minute of cooking if desired.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until golden brown.
  7. Assemble your burger with the bun, patty, barbecue sauce, and desired toppings.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Make ahead by preparing patties in advance and refrigerating. Can be cooked in an air fryer at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
