- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, drained spinach, chopped artichokes, Greek yogurt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead tip: Prepare the casserole a day in advance and refrigerate. Bake it straight from the fridge, adding extra time.
