Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Drizzle the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the salmon for about 5-7 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Combine diced avocados, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl for the salsa.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mix and stir gently.
- Serve the grilled salmon topped with the avocado salsa.
Notes
Make the avocado salsa right before serving to prevent browning. The salmon can also be air-fried or baked if grilling isn’t an option.
