Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs for garnish (fresh parsley or cilantro)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill: Heat that solid metal for 10-15 minutes, allowing it to reach medium-high temperature.
  2. Prepare the spice rub: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Season the chicken: Generously rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  4. Get grilling: Place the seasoned chicken on the grill, cooking for 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Add the BBQ sauce: In the last few minutes of grilling, brush on the BBQ sauce, letting it create a sticky glaze.

Notes
