Delicious and healthy frozen treats made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir well until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full. Add toppings if desired.
  3. Place the molds in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until completely firm.
  4. Pop the bites out of the molds and serve immediately or store in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container. Enjoy them frozen or as a parfait if you don’t have molds.
