A vibrant and refreshing fruit salsa made with strawberries, kiwifruit, mango, and pineapple, served with crispy cinnamon sugar chips.

- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 cup diced kiwifruit
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Cooking spray or melted butter
Instructions
- Combine the diced strawberries, kiwifruit, mango, and pineapple in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the lime juice over the top, and if desired, add honey for sweetness. Using a wooden spoon, gently toss everything together.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the flour tortillas into triangles and lay them out on a baking sheet.
- Spray the tortillas lightly with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the tortillas.
- Bake the tortilla chips for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the fruit salsa in a bowl with the cinnamon sugar chips on the side for dipping.
Notes
Prepare the fruit salsa a few hours in advance for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
