Description

Deliciously grilled ranch potatoes with bacon and cheese, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the baby potatoes, chopped bacon, ranch seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare large pieces of aluminum foil, placing an equal amount of the potato mixture in the center.
  4. Create the packets by folding the foil and sealing the edges tightly.
  5. Grill the packets for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Melt the cheese by opening the packets and sprinkling the shredded cheddar on top, then close them back for a couple of minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
