Ingredients

- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls or bars.
