Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the beef is cooked and onions are translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir until combined. Simmer for 5 minutes.
