- 1 Cucumber
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill
- 4 slices Sourdough Bread or Sandwich Bread
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it thinly.
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture by blending softened cream cheese with chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the thin cucumber slices on half of the prepared bread slices, overlapping them slightly.
- Complete the sandwiches by placing the other slices of bread on top, cream cheese side down.
- Cut the sandwiches into quarters or triangles and serve on a platter.
Notes
Chill your cream cheese for easier mixing and use fresh cucumbers for the best crunch.
