Ingredients

  • 6 Flaky Croissants, torn into pieces
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 1 cup Milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 cup Cooked Sausage or Ham (optional)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Herbs (such as chives or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Tear the croissants into pieces and place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Add cooked sausage or ham over the croissant pieces, if using.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants and meat.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
