Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Tear the croissants into pieces and place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Add cooked sausage or ham over the croissant pieces, if using.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants and meat.
