Description

This Crispy Parmesan Chicken features a crispy coating of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, complemented by a creamy garlic sauce, making it a delightful main course for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your coating station: place flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan in the last.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts: dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and press into breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Sear the chicken: heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  5. Bake the chicken: transfer to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Prepare the creamy garlic sauce: sauté minced garlic in the same skillet, then add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  7. Serve the chicken drizzled with the sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking to allow juices to redistribute for a juicier result.
