- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour

- 1 Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Coat the chicken breasts: dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and press into breadcrumb mixture.
- Sear the chicken: heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Bake the chicken: transfer to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare the creamy garlic sauce: sauté minced garlic in the same skillet, then add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Serve the chicken drizzled with the sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.
