Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
  3. Sauté the garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about one minute.
  4. Add the cream: Pour in heavy cream, stirring while bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Incorporate the Parmesan: Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined into a creamy sauce.
  6. Mix in the tortellini: Gently toss the cooked tortellini with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
  7. Season and garnish: Crack black pepper to taste and garnish with parsley before serving.
