Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with olive oil.
- Layer the sliced zucchini in the baking dish evenly.
- Pour marinara sauce over the zucchini, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Top with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- If using, add your optional toppings.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
