Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Add steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 4-5 minutes.
- Incorporate shrimp and sliced bell pepper, sauté until shrimp is pink, about 3-4 minutes.
