Description

A delicious blend of savory steak and tender shrimp enveloped in melted cheese and sautéed vegetables, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate shrimp and sliced bell pepper, sauté until shrimp is pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Melt cheese over the mixture and cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
