Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, egg, milk, and melted butter in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the mixed berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
