Description

A delightful dish featuring tender salmon fillets topped with a creamy, spicy sauce that combines sriracha and honey for a perfect balance of flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl until creamy.
  3. Stir in the sesame oil and enjoy the aroma.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce.
  5. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the sauce in advance. If you don’t have a broiler, bake the salmon at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
