Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (5–6 ounces each)
- 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, checking for doneness at 145°F with a meat thermometer.
Notes
Make the cheese mixture a day ahead for convenience. You can also substitute other soft cheeses for Boursin.
