Description

A luxurious dish featuring tender salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese, garlic, and lemon, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the salmon in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, checking for doneness at 145°F with a meat thermometer.

Notes

Make the cheese mixture a day ahead for convenience. You can also substitute other soft cheeses for Boursin.
