- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, minced ginger, and vegetable oil. Stir well until cohesive.
- Marinate the Beef: Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring every piece is coated. Cover and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat Your Air Fryer: Set to 380°F (193°C) and let it heat up.
- Air Fry: Place the marinated beef in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the Broccoli: After 5 minutes, add broccoli florets to the basket, tossing slightly with the beef.
- Finish Cooking: Cook for another 5 minutes until the beef is done and the broccoli is tender yet crisp.
- Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
