Description

A quick and healthy Air Fryer Beef and Broccoli dish featuring tender beef strips and crisp broccoli in a savory marinade.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, minced ginger, and vegetable oil. Stir well until cohesive.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring every piece is coated. Cover and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat Your Air Fryer: Set to 380°F (193°C) and let it heat up.
  4. Air Fry: Place the marinated beef in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the Broccoli: After 5 minutes, add broccoli florets to the basket, tossing slightly with the beef.
  6. Finish Cooking: Cook for another 5 minutes until the beef is done and the broccoli is tender yet crisp.
  7. Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
