Description

Deliciously crispy Air Fryer Banana Peppers filled with flavor and a hint of spice, perfect for snacking or as a topping.


Ingredients

  • 3 Banana Peppers
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the flour, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
  3. Slice the banana peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  4. Toss the pepper halves in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Arrange the coated banana peppers in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
