Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, vegetable oil, honey, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix well.
- Marinate Chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the mixing bowl, ensuring they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
- Grill Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill.
- Cook Thoroughly: Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let It Rest: Remove from grill and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes.
- Serve: Arrange the chicken on a platter, garnishing with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
Notes
