Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd, drained)
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, seasoned breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into tablespoon-sized tots.
