Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Season chicken pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
