- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (for the sauce)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons warm water
- 4 burger buns, toasted
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
- Divide the turkey mixture into four equal portions and form them into uniform patties.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat, lightly oiling the surface.
- Sizzle your patties for about 5 to 6 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha in a separate bowl, adding warm water until smooth.
- Spread a dollop of peanut sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun, add the turkey patty, and drizzle with more peanut sauce.
- Layer with shredded carrots, cucumber slices, cilantro, and red onion, then finish with the top bun.
- Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce on the side.
Notes
For best results, avoid overmixing the burger mixture. You can substitute ground chicken or beef if desired.
