Description

Delicious Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps filled with tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and creamy peanut sauce, all wrapped in soft tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup crunchy vegetables (julienned carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers)
  • 1/2 cup peanut sauce
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
  • Chopped peanuts (for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken and peanut sauce in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. Prepare the tortillas by warming them if desired.
  3. Layer fresh lettuce leaves on each tortilla.
  4. Add a portion of the peanut chicken mixture onto each lettuce-lined tortilla.
  5. Wrap it up tightly by tucking the sides of the tortilla and rolling.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately or store wrapped for later.

Notes

You can prepare the chicken and peanut sauce a day in advance. Assemble wraps fresh to maintain crispness.
