Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your mini muffin pan generously.
- Mix together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in another bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each cup two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
