Description

A delightful wrap featuring grilled halloumi cheese, fresh vegetables, and a sweet chili sauce, creating a perfect blend of textures and flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Halloumi cheese, sliced ½ inch thick
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded (Romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Grill the halloumi cheese until crispy. Heat your grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the halloumi slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. Slice the lettuce, carrots, and cucumber into thin strips.
  3. Spread sweet chili sauce on the tortilla.
  4. Layer the grilled halloumi and veggies on the tortilla.
