Description

Delicious bite-sized strawberry crunch cheesecake treats that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped strawberries and whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle strawberry crunch topping evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

Notes
