Description

A comforting and flavorful grilled cheese sandwich featuring spicy chorizo and gooey cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of chorizo, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 slices of cheese (sharp cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
