Description

Deliciously soft and chewy sugar cookies that evoke childhood memories with rich flavors and festive sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) white chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and white chocolate pudding mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
